Within the project Community Action for Energy transition - Output 1, Instruments for energy-efficient renovation of buildings, there is a need to engage a Consulting company with experience in designing EE instruments for residential EE renovations.

Tasks of the Consulting company is to prepares specific outputs:

Overall concept for building renovation of MABs in BIH- based on development of climate/environment and resource savings refurbishment concepts for MABs - Instrument 1.a. Creation of selection criteria for buildings - Instrument 1.b.

Call for renovation with instructions - instrument 2

Instructions for preparation of preliminary bill of quantities (BoQ) of standard measures on MABs - Instrument 3

Form of decision for renovation of buildings on the level of HOAs (slight differences possible in the RS and FBIH base on the type of HOAs) - Instrument 4

Instructions for preparation of detailed energy Audit and corresponding detailed BoQ - Instrument 5

Financial model I for the integration of low-income apartment owners in renovation projects - Instrument 6

Financial model II for the integration of low-income apartment owners in renovation projects - Instrument 7

Instructions on energy-efficient refurbishment of multi-family homes, the improvement of material flow management and the implementation of energy audits - Instrument 8

Instructions on equal gender in the process -along the process the consultant is to pay attention to gender-specific data of the residents in the model buildings - Instrument 9

Tender model for CAET buildings - Instrument 10

Manual on specific construction work from selected buildings - Instrument 11

Training concept for the Fund FBIH - Instrument 12

Training concept for the Fund RS - Instrument 13

All legal entities - registered companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina interested in applying, should express their interest by 09.02.2024 to postal address of GIZ Country Office BiH as follows:

Interested companies should provide the following:

1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina

2. Self-declaration of eligibility on request

4. Declaration of integrity signed and stamped by company

5. In case of tenderer consortium a declaration by candidate

6. Average annual turnover evidence (bilans stanja): minimum amount of 50.000 EUR or 97.791,5 BAM net on average per year for the last 3 financial years required.

7. Number of employees (5 min. required)

8. Two reference projects in EE field related to residential energy efficiency

9. Two reference projects related to residential energy efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last three years.

10. Provide evidence on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 15.000,00 EUR or 29.337,00 BAM

Please note that all correspondence and dealing with the GIZ must be in English.

The project is bi-literal project financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and development (BMZ). Relevant for compliance with the deadline is the submission of documentation to the above-mentioned postal address. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
