Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment – COVID 19 Response

Nabavka lične zaštitne opreme

UNICEF Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina is inviting local vendors (vendors registered in Bosnia andHerzegovina) to submit bids for procurement of Personal Protective Equipment for UNICEF implementingpartners in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bidders should submit electronic tendering documentation consisting of:

A) Scanned, signed and stamped UNICEF Invitation to Bid Form (LITB) and Request for quotation for services LRQS Forms.

A total of 2 LITB and 2 LRQS Forms are advertised:

✓ 1 LITB for goods for Federation BiH and 1 LRQS for transportation and delivery to thefinal recipients in Federation BiH (delivery includes offloading from the tracks)

✓ 1 LITB for goods for Republic of Srpska and 1 LRQS for transportation and delivery to the final recipients in Republic of Srpska (delivery includes offloading from the tracks)

B) Bid prepared on company memorandum indicating items, unit prices and offered brands for eachitem. All prices should be indicated without VAT. Delivery time must be indicated. Please submityour bid in non-editable secure PDF format or an image format such as JPG – other formatdocuments will not be accepted

C) Scanned company registration and VAT (PDV) registration documentation

D) Scanned, signed and stamped UNICEF Supplier Profile Form

E) Scanned, signed and stamped UNICEF Vendor Master Data Form along with bank statement signed and stamped by issuing bank or copy of contract with bank (Proof of company bank account and validity)

F) Documents that must be submitted for surgical masks:

✓ Relevant certificate (EU Medical Devices Directive 93/42, Class I or equivalent

internationally recognized marketing clearance;

✓ Certificate of EN 14683 standard for type IIR or equivalent international standard

statements

G) Photos of each item to be delivered along with above tendering documentation

Bid should be submitted via email address: abukvic@unicef.org by 23 July 2020, at 12:00 hrs with the remark: Bid for ITB 004/2020 Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment– COVID 19 Response.

Important:

Offers for goods, but without offer for transportation of the same goods, will not be taken.

You could submit offer for one or for both LITB Forms for goods (Federation BiH or/and Republic ofSrpska) but offers for transportation and delivery to final recipients must accompany offer (s) for goods.

Delivery means offloading goods from the tracks.

Please note that contract will be granted to the bidder that offers the best combination of price for goodsand transport (lowest bid in line with technical specification and service of packing, transportation and offloading).

Delivery time, as indicated in your offer, will be reflected in contract with UNICEF. Penalty clauses willbe indicated in the contract in case of failure to deliver or delayed deliver.

Answers will not be provided to anyone individually: any question related to this ITBand all answers prepared by UNICEF, will be published every day until 22 July at 12.00 hrs on UNICEF

website https://www.unicef.org/bih/en/tenders under the folder Q&A and will be available to public. Nameof the company that sent question will not be indicated.

The public opening of electronic submissions will be held on 24 July 2020 via skype or zoom. All bidderswill be informed by e-mail of the exact timing of the public opening and will be invited to attend the publicopening through the link that will be provided in e-mail notification.

All bidders will be informed in writing on the outcome of ITB by end of July 2020.

The invitation for submission of proposals does not obligate signing of the contract with bidders, nor does itassume the obligation to pay the costs of preparing the bids. UNICEF accepts no responsibility forundelivered bids and will not accept proposals after the closing date and time.

In accordance with UNICEF Rules and Regulations the award and the reasons for making the award areUNICEF’s internal decision and information about other bidders or their bids must not be divulged.
