Bigova Bay d.o.o. is developing a luxury touristic destination at the location of peninsula opposite the Bigovo settlement in cadastral municipality Glavatičići, Municipality of Kotor in accordance with Changes and amendments of the DSL Sector 38: Bigova(Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 45/15) and Changes and amendments of the LSL Trašte (Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 46/15).

The first step in enabling commencement of construction of tourist development facilities on the site is construction of primary infrastructure up to the borders of the area of DSL Sector 38: Bigova and LSL Trašte. Primary infrastructure shall be implemented in two construction phases. Phase I includes potable water supply system, 35kV cables and telecommunication conducts from cross-roadJugodrvoat the main road Budva-Kotor-Tivat to the border of DSLSector 38and LSLTrašteas well as the access road to the peninsula including infrastructure in the road bed. Total length of the route of phase I of the primary infrastructure is approximately 7.4km, while the length of the access road is 882m. Phase II includes construction of central sewage system and wastewater treatment plant for Bigova area, new transformer station 35/10kV and 35kV cables from TS Pržno in Tivat municipality. Bigova Bay d.o.o. hereby wishes to invite prospective Contractors to participate in the Prequalifkation Stage of a Tender for the construction of phase I of the primary infrastructure for Bigova Bay project. SCOPE:

Access road of 882m length with following infrastructure planned in the road bed: water supply pipelines d315 and d250, sewerage pressure pipelines d160mm and d200mm, lightning poles with lamps and lamps for wall mounting electrical cables 0.6/1 kV and 2 x 10k, telecommunication cable ducts 2 x PVC110mm.

Water supply system of approximate route length of 6.5km including: transit pipeline DN 250, water tank Lješevići of 500m3 volume, pump station Lješevići Q~46l/s, pressure pipeline DN250 and d315mm, Kosmač pressure break chamber in the volume of 200m3, transit pipeline d250 and d225, tank Bigovo 1 in the volume of 1000m3, transit pipeline d315mm, distribution lines for Lješevići village and Bigovo d160 and d90, access roads to the tanks in the cumulative length of 810m with retaining structures, connection facility to the regional water supply pipeline, transformer station 10/0.4 kV, 10kv cables in the length of 700m, electrical cables 0.4kV in total length of 2,9km, optical cable in the length of 6,7km, equipment for video surveillance of reservoirs. Power supply system including: 1 x 35kV cable line XHE 49-A 1x240mm2 20,8/36/42 kV in the appcximate length of 4,800m; 2 x 35kV cable line XHE 49-A 1x240mm2 20,8/36/42 kV in the approximate length of 1,500m, optical cables with 72 fibres SM E9/125 A-DQ(ZN)2Y WBF 4x12 G.652D + 2x12 G.655 in the approximate length of 7,000m.

Telecommunicationsystemincluding6x110mmPVCpipeswithopticalcablewith48fibresoftypeA-DQ(ZN)2YWBF4x12E9/125G.652D in the approximate length of 6,400m and 49 concrete telecommunication shafts.

The above scope of phase I of the primary infrastructure shall be conducted through two contracts, one for the access road and infrastructure in the road bed and second contract for water supply, power supply and telecommunication systems.
