1. / The Montenegro has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Second Institutional Development and Agriculture Strengthening Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of IT equipment for Directorate for Payment, Directorate for Rural Development and Directorate for Agriculture advisory services.

2. / The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Desktop PCs (59 pcs) Monitors for Desktop (59 pcs), Laptops (6 pcs), Sheetfed Document Scanners (7 pcs) Printers MFC A4 Mono laser (19 pcs), Printer MFC A3 color laser (1 pcs).

3. / Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016, revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. / Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Technical Service Unit, Mirko Ljesevic, email: tsu@epa.org.me and inspect the bidding document during office hours (8,00h to 14,00h, local time) at the address given below.

5. / A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the email address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of 100.00 EUR or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The exchange rate to be applied is the selling exchange rate from the list of the Central Bank of Montenegro, prevailing on the day of payment. 6. / Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 25, 2023, 10,00h. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 25, 2023, 10,05h.
