Measurements are calculated as per space in cubic meters which stands for the total of firewood filling a space volume of L 1m x H 1m x W 1.46 m

Note:

The firewood offered should have full background documentation of its legal origin,

The import documents should be available for the full amount offered,(for imported wood)

The firewood should be cut in 1 meter stacks,

The firewood should not contain moisture higher than 25%,

The price offered to IOM should be free of Tax and Customs fees,

The price offered should include transport to the beneficiary’s’ houses.

At least 50% of the firewood offered must be available for physical inspection by IOM to confirm quality and quantities available during the tendering period.

Wood should be oak, beech or, beech or turkey oak and not thinner than 15 cm.
